You can use one of 8 card types for your promotions: stamp cards, multipass cards, cashback cards, discount cards, gift cards, coupon cards, membership cards, and reward cards.

Unlimited membership digital cards means you can create as many membership card templates as you want.

The 3 or 10 limit is different. It is your plan limit for active cards at the same time, so you can build unlimited cards but only run a certain number simultaneously depending on your plan.
