Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the My Stash Rewards website, platform, tools, and related services. By accessing our website, starting a trial, registering an account, or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you accept these Terms on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.
Our Service
My Stash Rewards provides a wallet-based customer rewards platform for businesses, including branded Apple Wallet and Google Wallet card experiences, customer engagement tools, offers, support resources, and related setup guidance. We may update, improve, or modify the service from time to time as the platform evolves.
Trials, Subscriptions, and Billing
We may offer your 1st 14 Days For Free or another promotional trial period for eligible plans. Where a trial requires payment card details during registration, you agree that those details may be stored and used to begin the monthly paid subscription after the free period unless you cancel in time.
Paid subscriptions are billed on the plan and billing cycle selected during registration or otherwise agreed with us in writing. Fees are payable in advance and, unless stated otherwise, are non-refundable once a paid subscription period has started. If pricing, renewals, or any manually arranged offer differs from the standard public plans, that variation must be confirmed by us in writing.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate, that your account credentials remain secure, and that your use of the service complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry obligations. You must not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use the service to send or promote misleading, unlawful, or harmful content.
Customer Content and Data
You remain responsible for the business information, customer-facing content, campaign settings, offers, and other materials you upload or publish through the platform. You grant us the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, transmit, and display that content for the purpose of providing the service. Support and Service Guidance
Your plan may include support for areas such as reward strategy, card setup, signage, and rollout guidance. Unless we expressly agree otherwise, that support is advisory in nature and does not transfer responsibility for your business decisions, customer communications, legal compliance, or campaign outcomes away from you.
Availability and Third-Party Services
We aim to provide the service with reasonable care, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Parts of the platform may rely on third parties, including payment processors, hosting providers, Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, and related technology suppliers. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or interruptions caused by those third parties.
Intellectual Property
The My Stash Rewards website, platform, branding, designs, software, and related content remain our property or the property of our licensors, except for content you supply. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you. You may use the service only as permitted by these Terms and any applicable subscription arrangement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Stash Rewards is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from or relating to your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the subscription period giving rise to the claim.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including for non-payment, suspected misuse, unlawful conduct, or material breaches of these Terms. You may stop using the service or cancel in accordance with your plan terms, but any accrued payment obligations remain payable.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. You agree that the courts of Western Australia have non-exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will publish the updated version on this page. Your continued use of the website or service after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
